We’re excited to share that our Western Mobile EV Education Trailer (MEET) is heading to Edmonton as part of the 2026 EVs are for EVeryone Cross-Canada Tour.
MEET Edmonton is proudly presented locally by the Alberta Motor Association (AMA), dedicated to keeping Albertans safe, prepared and moving on every road and in every season. We’d also like to recognize our local marketing partner, the Electric Vehicle Association of Alberta (EVAA), for their assistance in promoting this event.
None of this would be possible without the generous support of our local, regional and national sponsors — all of whom are helping us bring EV education and hands-on experiences to communities from coast to coast.
From July 23 to August 30, 2026, stop by Alberta Motor Association (AMA) Edmonton South to meet our EV Ambassadors, ask all your EV questions, and get up close with the latest in electric vehicle technology. You’ll find MEET Edmonton at 10310 G.A. MacDonald (39A) Ave. N.W., Edmonton, AB T6J 6R7.
Test drives are available in a range of EVs from top manufacturers, every Thursday to Sunday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Book your test drive using the link below. Walk-ins are welcome, though scheduled appointments will receive priority. We can’t wait to see you there!
To drive the vehicles, you must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license. If you don’t have a license or do not wish to drive the vehicles, our EV Ambassadors can do the driving. Children eight and older can be a passenger if accompanied by a parent or guardian.

What is the MEET?
The Mobile EV Education Trailer (MEET) is a consumer engagement installation focused on EV education and awareness. The MEET is a perfect complement to any regional EV strategy or public outreach campaign. It features localized content about the benefits of driving electric and an EV test drive activity in some of the latest EV models from leading manufacturers. The MEET is staffed by EV Ambassadors from the community who can speak to the electric driving lifestyle in a family-friendly, sales-free environment. We have two active MEETs. In 2026, one will be traveling through Ontario and Quebec, and the other across British Columbia and Alberta.

What does a MEET Include?

While the EV Roadshows often spin off from an Eastern MEET, a Western MEET, or the EV Discovery Centre in Toronto, ON or its Elocity satellite, in North York, ON, they can also be arranged in any of Canada’s provinces! The EV Roadshows bring the EV experience to smaller communities, conferences, festivals, and regional events.
