On Thursday, May 29, 2025, Plug’n Drive will be present at the BEV In-Depth: Mines to Mobility Conference at Cambrian College.

Join us at our EV Roadshow at 1400 Barry Downe Rd., Sudbury, ON P3A 3V8, where we will be offering a one-day EV Roadshow in front of the Student Life Centre, at Cambrian College where delegates can take an EV for a spin.

All EV Roadshow test drives are on a drop-in basis. To drive the vehicles, you must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license. If you don’t have a license or do not wish to drive the vehicles, our EV Ambassadors can do the driving. Children eight and older can be a passenger if accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Also, Plug’n Drive President and CEO Cara Clairman will be a on the panel titled From Electric Vehicles to Energy Storage, AI and Beyond – On the Precipice of the Battery Electric Economy Transition. As a recognized voice in EV education and policy, Cara will highlight the critical role EV adoption plays in supporting Canada’s clean energy transition and driving demand for sustainably sourced materials.

This annual event brings together industry leaders, government representatives, and innovators to explore how Ontario’s mining sector can support the electric vehicle (EV) supply chain, from resource extraction to end-user adoption.

We’re excited to bring free EV education and test drives to attendees and contribute to the conversation on how Canada can lead the global EV movement—from mines to mobility.

The EV Roadshow at BEV IN-DEPTH Mines to Mobility Conference branches out from MEET Sudbury, happening May 22 to June 8, 2025, giving the community an opportunity to test drive brand-new EVs from leading manufacturers for free at an additional location.

What is an EV Roadshow?

The EV Roadshow is designed to bring electric vehicle education and experiences directly to communities across Canada. It features interactive exhibits and EV test drives, giving participants a hands-on understanding of how electric vehicles can fit into their everyday lives. Our knowledgeable EV ambassadors will be on-site to answer all your questions.
