The Mobile EV Education Trailer (MEET) is heading to the Muskoka region as part of our 2026 EVs are for EVeryone Cross-Canada Tour!

Join us at MEET Muskoka from June 18 to July 26, 2026, in Bracebridge, ON at the Muskoka Lumber Community Centre to connect with our EV ambassadors, get your questions answered, and experience the latest in electric vehicle technology.

MEET Muskoka is proudly presented locally by Lakeland EV Charging, part of Lakeland Solutions, whose leadership in energy innovation and EV charging infrastructure is helping to accelerate adoption across the region. We’re also grateful for the support of the Town of Bracebridge for hosting the MEET.

This tour is made possible through the support of our local, regional and national sponsors who are helping bring EV education and hands-on experiences to communities across Canada.

Test drives will be available in a lineup of EVs from leading manufacturers, and are offered every Thursday to Sunday, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Click below to book your test drive appointment—drop-ins are welcome, but priority will be given to scheduled visitors. We look forward to seeing you there!

To drive the vehicles, you must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license. If you don’t have a license or do not wish to drive the vehicles, our EV Ambassadors can do the driving. Children eight and older can be a passenger if accompanied by a parent or guardian.

In the period that MEET Muskoka will be in Bracebridge, EV Roadshows will branch out from the MEET, bringing EV Roadshows to communities across the Muskoka region – EV Roadshow stops in the works include Huntsville, Gravenhurst, and Parry Sound. More to follow.

What is the MEET?

The Mobile EV Education Trailer (MEET) is a consumer engagement installation focused on EV education and awareness. The MEET is a perfect complement to any regional EV strategy or public outreach campaign. It features localized content about the benefits of driving electric and an EV test drive activity in some of the latest EV models from leading manufacturers. The MEET is staffed by EV Ambassadors from the community who can speak to the electric driving lifestyle in a family-friendly, sales-free environment. We have two active MEETs. In 2026, one will be traveling through Ontario and Quebec, and the other across British Columbia and Alberta.

What does a MEET Include?

  • 2-6 week activation
  • Informational learning displays that cover the environmental and economic benefits of electric transportation
  • An EV test drive activity in some of the latest models from EV manufacturers
  • Plug’n Drive trained EV Ambassadors, many of whom are EV owners, to engage the public and answer questions
  • Information about home and public charging

What’s the EV Roadshow?

The Electric Vehicle (EV) Roadshow is a Plug’n Drive priority program that travels around Canada to participate in conferences, tradeshows and festivals, offering electric vehicle education and test drive activities. While the EV Roadshows often spin off from an Eastern MEET, a Western MEET, or the EV Discovery Centre in Toronto, ON or its Elocity satellite, in North York, ON, they can also be arranged in any of Canada’s provinces! The EV Roadshows bring the EV experience to smaller communities, conferences, festivals, and regional events.

What does an EV Roadshow include?

  • 1-3 day activation
  • Plug’n Drive trained EV ambassadors, many of whom are EV owners, to engage the public and answer questions
  • An electric vehicle test drive activity in some of the latest EV makes and models from leading manufacturers
  • An attractive tradeshow display that can be adapted for indoor and outdoor environments
  • Informative and engaging informational displays, signs and literature about EVs and home and public charging
