S’ils sont réclamés pour des cartes-cadeaux\, les points Avion peuvent être réclamés pour une valeur de 1775 $.\n\n\n\n\nIl y a une limite d’un (1) prix par personne. \n\n\n\nPROCESSUS DE SÉLECTION DU GAGNANT :Le 23 novembre 2026 (la « date de sélection ») à Toronto\, en Ontario\, à 12 h 00 min heure de l’Est\, un (1) participant admissible sera choisi par tirage au hasard parmi toutes les participations admissibles soumises et reçues conformément au présent règlement pendant la période du concours.Les chances de gagner dépendent du nombre de participations admissibles soumises et reçues conformément au présent règlement pendant la période du concours. \n\n\n\nPROCESSUS DE NOTIFICATION DU GAGNANT :Le commanditaire ou son représentant désigné fera un minimum de deux (2) tentatives pour contacter le gagnant potentiel du prix (à l’aide de l’information fournie au moment de la participation) à l’intérieur de deux (2) jours ouvrables suivant la date de sélection.  S’il est impossible de rejoindre le gagnant potentiel du prix dans les deux (2) jours ouvrables de la date de sélection ou si toute notification est retournée comme non livrable; celui-ci peut alors\, à la seule et entière discrétion du commanditaire\, être disqualifié (et\, s’il est disqualifié\, il renoncera à tous ses droits concernant le prix applicable) et le commanditaire se réserve le droit\, à sa seule et entière discrétion et si le temps le permet\, de choisir un autre gagnant potentiel du prix en suivant la même procédure de sélection applicable décrite ci-dessus (avec les modifications nécessaires)\, auquel cas les dispositions précédentes de cette section s’appliqueront à un tel gagnant potentiel nouvellement choisi. \n\n\n\nPROCESSUS DE CONFIRMATION DU GAGNANT :AVANT D’ÊTRE DÉCLARÉ LE GAGNANT CONFIRMÉ DU PRIX\, le gagnant admissible sera tenu de : (a) confirmer qu’il est un membre Avion Récompenses avec un compte en règle; (b) répondre correctement à une question d’habilité mathématique sans aide mécanique ou autre (qui peut\, à la seule et entière discrétion du commanditaire\, être administrée en ligne\, par courriel ou par d’autres moyens électroniques\, par téléphone\, ou dans le formulaire de déclaration et d’exonération du commanditaire); et (c) signer et renvoyer dans les trois (3) jours ouvrables de la notification du formulaire de déclaration et exonération du commanditaire\, lequel (entre autres choses) : (i) confirme la conformité au présent règlement; (ii) confirme l’acceptation du prix applicable (tel qu’attribué); (iii) exonère les parties duconcours\, et chacun de leurs sociétés mères\, actionnaires\, gérants\, dirigeants\, administrateurs\, employés\, mandataires\, représentants\, successeurs et ayant-droit respectifs (collectivement\, les « parties exonérées ») de l’ensemble des responsabilités en lien avec ce concours\, sa participation à celui-ci et/ou l’attribution et l’utilisation ou la mauvaise utilisation du prix applicable ou de toute partie de celui-ci; et (iv) consent à la publication\, reproduction et/ou autre utilisation de son nom\, de son adresse\, de sa voix\, de ses déclarations au sujet du concours et/ou de sa photo ou de toute autre ressemblance sans autre avis ni compensation\,dans toute publicité ou annonce réalisée par le commanditaire ou en son nom\, peu importe le média et le support\, y compris par impression\, diffusion ou Internet. The approximate retail value of the Avion points depends on the membership level\, the chosen category of redemption and the availability of reward options at the time of redemption. If redeemed for gift cards\, 250\,000 Avion points can be redeemed for approximately $1\,785 in value.\n\n\n\n\nThere is a limit of one (1) Prize per person. \n\n\n\nPRIZE WINNER SELECTION PROCESS: On November 23\, 2026 (the “Selection Date”) in Toronto\, Ontario at 12:00 PM Eastern Time\, one (1) eligible entrant will be selected by random draw from among all eligible Entries submitted and received in accordance with these Rules during the Contest Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries submitted and received in accordance with these Rules during the Contest Period. \n\n\n\nWINNER NOTIFICATION PROCESS:The Sponsor or its designated representative will make a minimum of two (2) attempts to contact each potential Prize winner (using the information provided at the time of entry) within two (2) business days of the Selection Date.  If a potential Prize winner cannot be contacted within two (2) business days of the Selection Date\, or if there is a return of any notification as undeliverable; then they may\, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor\, be disqualified (and\, if disqualified\, will forfeit all rights to the applicable Prize) and the Sponsor reserves the right\, in its sole and absolute discretion and time permitting\, to select an alternate potential Prize winner following the same applicable winner selection procedure described above (with the necessary amendments)\, in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such new potential Prize winner. \n\n\n\nWINNER CONFIRMATION PROCESS:BEFORE BEING DECLARED A CONFIRMED PRIZE WINNER\, each potential Prize winner will be required to: (a) confirm they are an Avion Rewards member with an account in good standing (b) correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other aid (which may\, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor\, be administered online\, by email or other electronic means\, by telephone\, or in the Sponsor’s form of declaration and release); and (c) sign and return within three (3) business days of notification the Sponsor’s declaration and release form\, which (among other things): (i) confirms compliance with these Rules; (ii) acknowledges acceptance of the Prize (as awarded); (iii) releases the Contest Parties and each of their respective officers\, directors\, employees\, agents\, representatives\, successors and assigns (collectively\, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability in connection with this Contest\, their participation therein and/or the awarding and use/misuse of the Prize or any portion thereof; and (iv) agrees to the publication\, reproduction and/or other use of their name\, address\, voice\, statements about the Contest and/or photograph or other likeness without further notice or compensation\, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsor in any manner or medium whatsoever\, including print\, broadcast or the internet.  If the potential Prize winner: (a) fails to return the properly executed Contest documents within the specified time; (b) cannot accept (or is unwilling to accept) the Prize (as awarded) for any reason; (c) fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question; (d) does not have an Avion Rewards account in good standing; and/or (e) is determined to be in violation of these Rules (all as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion); then they may\, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor\, be disqualified (and\, if disqualified\, will forfeit all rights to the Prize) and the Sponsor reserves the right\, in its sole and absolute discretion and time permitting\, to select an alternate potential Prize winner following the same winner selection procedure described above (with the necessary amendments)\, in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such new potential Prize winner.
