Return and Exchange Policy

All sales from Plug’n Drive’s online charging station store are final and we do not honour exchanges
Plug’n Drive accepts returns as long as the product is unopened, in the original packaging and shipped directly to Plug’n Drive at the customer’s expense
Plug’n Drive applies a 20% re-stocking fee for all returned items
All items must be returned within two weeks of the purchase date

Warranty

All warranties on all products are provided by the manufacturers. All warranty claims need to be directed to the manufacturers.
